Today, members of our mechanical team worked on the drive base… it’s getting there. The chains have been run and tensioned and the wheels mounted. One motor controller is mounted on a 3D printed bracket (thanks Max!), while 3 more are still being printed.The electric layout has also been started. As CADD proceeds, our lone and valiant Finn braves on against his formidable and frustrating foe: Autodesk Inventor. The programming team also continued their work in creating autonomous routines for the robot to run in the first 15 seconds of each match.
